We are an integrated network of visionary business owners with a shared passion for expanding our global footprint and community impact, particularly in Africa (and beyond).

Our founding associates are Native African Origin (NAO) business owners with notable community impact and who also engage in remittances to Africa or invest in Africa.

  • Led large multidisciplinary teams in multi-faceted programs at leading healthcare organizations (including Kaiser Permanente and Johns Hopkins). Supporting healthcare executive teams at Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS), Defense Health Agency (DHA), and the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). Consultant Faculty Lead for the CMS CPC+ (America's largest model to transform payment and primary care delivery in 3000 practices across 18 regions in the US).
  • Shepherding new technologies into large systems for a payer-provider group – expanding telehealth offerings; with related expense reduction of $5 million and a 15% improvement in efficiency delivery services in one fiscal year. Served twice as Chief Operations Officer with multi-dollar P&L responsibility - in a medical & women’s health center serving over 45,000 patients, and at a management services firm - diversifying the service offerings to deliver 50% increase in revenue.
  • International Experience in Africa and Asia in healthcare economics, public health, health policy, and advanced primary care.

Currently, through her firm based is the U.S., she leads a team of multi-disciplinary experts to provide the knowledge, human capital, infrastructure, and technology that enable healthcare organizations to maximize efficiency & ROI.

Ije is a climate and infrastructure focused investment executive that has worked at the intersection of global private capital, and international development financing for over two decades. She’s spent her career driving sustainable and inclusive growth in several regions including the US, sub-Saharan Africa, and Latin America. She has held senior leadership roles as a private equity investor, project developer, and board member and has originated, structured and led investments in excess of US$3 billion. She has unique expertise in delivering transformational high impact investments that require public, private, and philanthropic partnerships.

Ije is currently Managing Director at RMI where she leads the institutions efforts to mobilize, scale up, and catalyze climate finance in global emerging markets in the Americas, Asia, and Africa.

Ije was on the founding team of CEC Africa, a private equity backed energy investment platform (with approximately $1bn in assets under management) established to develop, finance and operate power projects. She also worked at the WorldBank/IFC leading telecom, energy and transport investments in Latin America and Africa.

Ije has served on boards of several large infrastructure companies, on advisory boards of a number of PE/VC funds, and as an Advisor to The Rockefeller Foundation & MIT Energy Initiative through the Global Commission on Energy Poverty.

She speaks three languages, is an avid salsa dancer, and loves travelling. She has lived and worked throughout the US, Europe, Africa and the Americas.
