BAF is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, EIN #XX-XXXXXXX. Contributions to BAF are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law as charitable contributions, except for the estimated value of goods and services provided by the Foundation.

About BAF

The Bind Associates Foundation (BAF) (the “Foundation”)
is a tax-exempt IRC 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to supporting education, leadership development, professional growth, and community impact initiatives.


The Foundation was established to support, benefit, and advance the mission of Bind Associates Foundation by providing resources, educational opportunities, and programs that empower professionals, entrepreneurs, leaders, and underserved communities. It serves as a vehicle for corporate sponsors, individual donors, and other foundations to contribute charitable support toward BAF’s educational and community-focused initiatives.

The Foundation provides funding for activities such as:

  • Leadership development programs
  • Educational workshops, panels, and webinars
  • Research initiatives, white papers, and publications
  • Digital learning platforms, websites, and educational resources
  • Professional development resources
  • Regional and community-based programs
  • Mentorship and networking opportunities
  • Other educational and charitable programs


Additional educational resources, underwritten by the Foundation, will be made available to program participants, community members, entrepreneurs, and professionals who can benefit from the expertise, training, and support provided through BAF initiatives.
